At St Peter’s CE Academy, our Christian faith is at the heart of everything we do. As an Aided Academy within the Diocese of Lichfield, we are proud of our close links with St Peter’s Church and work together to create a welcoming, caring community where every child is encouraged to flourish.

Our school is built on the values of love, respect and friendship – values chosen by our children because they reflect the kind of school we all want to be part of. Every day, we explore what these values mean in our lives and how they help us to care for one another, make positive choices and grow together. Alongside these, we nurture other important qualities such as kindness, trust, hope and compassion.

We believe every child is unique, valued and loved as one of God’s children. We celebrate each child’s individual talents and encourage them to grow in confidence, curiosity and faith within a happy, supportive environment. Strong relationships between our children, families, staff, governors and church community help make St Peter’s a place where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.

Our academy prayer

Dear God,
Thank you for helping me to flourish and grow.
Loving myself, my friends and my family.
As we learn together as disciples of Jesus.
Amen
